Shimon oversees a number of Zoomin products that help enterprises provide a seamless technical content experience across customer touchpoints, including Zoomin’s analytics platform which provides actionable data insights for prioritizing improvements to product information assets.
Shimon has served in various Product and Customer Success positions, defining and building market-leading enterprise products. Shimon previously served as a Product Manager at Taboola, helping publishers monetize content and acquire new audiences, who stay engaged with personalized content recommendations. Prior to that, Shimon served as a Customer Success Manager both at Sisense and Contentsquare, managing the post-sales relationship for accounts by serving as the trusted client advisor and advocate.
