Beginning a Content Strategy in Pharma
In the pharmaceutical industry, the medical affairs department is charged with understanding and conveying the value of a given product by generating real world evidence as well as communicating the often-times complex and innovative science behind it. This results in a massive amount of content that is typically in the form of lengthy slide decks and publications that leave little room for personalization. As the pharma industry slowly adopts the omnichannel experience model, its content needs a major overhaul.
