Trailhead is Salesforce’s free, gamified online learning platform, where you earn badges as you learn in-demand skills. Launched in 2014, Trailhead has taken off, with over 20 million badges earned. This is the story of the Trailhead Content and Credentialing team and how we grew from one editor to more than 50 content creators.
