
Pranami Jhawar comes from a humble background where dreams were big, but resources were limited. Her passion for higher education led her to aspire for a Master’s degree in the United States. Pranami’s parents, unwavering in their support, put their house as collateral to make her dream a reality. Juggling on-campus jobs and rigorous studies in those initial years was challenging, but her relentless drive kept me moving forward.
Fast forward 10 years, she now has over a decade of experience in the software engineering space and currently work as a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft in the Azure Core AI division, where she continues to push the boundaries of technology.
Pranami is also deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within the tech industry. As an advocate for women in technology, she strives to inspire and support women to pursue careers in STEM fields.
