I currently lead the Technical Communications and Knowledge Management team, with the charter of developing and delivering the technical information required to do business with MasterCard; in partnership with internal business partners.
I’ve held a variety of roles during my tenure at MasterCard, from Technology Account Manager, to IT Transformation Manager, to Chief of Staff to the CIO. Prior to Mastercard, I spent several years in the Banking and Finance industry.
As an advocate for diversity and inclusion, I’ve served on the MasterCard Multicultural Steering Committee, and have led the St. Louis Lifting Employees of African Descent (LEAD) Business Resource Group at MasterCard (from 2008-2010). I’m a Fellow of the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative class of 2010, and a graduate of the Leadership St. Louis class of 2012. I’m a proud recipient of the Harlem YMCA Black Achievers in Industry Award, the St. Louis American Salute to Excellence in Business Award, and the St. Louis Business Journal Most Influential Women in Business Award.
I received my undergraduate degree and Masters of Business Administration from Fontbonne University, where I subsequently served as an Adjunct Lecturer. I was a board member of the International Institute, and I participate in various volunteer programs, including Junior Achievement and Girls4Tech.
