Content Impact Award: Tell, Show, Teach: Educating Customers With Integrated, Interactive Learning

Learning requires engagement. When we only provide customers with a giant help system, we’re asking them to work too hard to find content that often isn’t even retained. At Oracle + Bronto we’ve adopted a Tell, Show, Teach model of documentation that uses an integrated learning tab to provide multiple types of learning tools. Our implementation has allowed us to reduce customer effort, target in-platform messaging, offer guidance when customers make “incorrect” choices, and to truly educate customers how to use our platform.
