I am an international kid. I was born in Germany, grew in Switzerland, and moved to the United States at age 15 where I lived for 10 years, before finally moving back to Germany in 2010. During the later time in the States, I was already working for TechSmith and responsible for the creation of international training videos for many years. In 2010, I changed gears a bit by moving back to Germany to represent the company on the ground as the European Technology Evangelist. In this role, my focus has shifted away from plain video production and towards customer relations, giving me the unique opportunity to work with external companies to understand and support their plans and needs in regards to their technical video content. As such, “creating effective videos” is something I am truly passionate about.
