    Hi Jenny,

I know you’re a great speaker. I wonder if you’re going to answer the question of how different generations approach the privacy question. With all the recent FB rule changes around privacy, has this caused different generations to think differently about what they post, or just annoyed them?

      Hi Greg,

We don’t have specific research (yet!) on how generations are reacting to FB privacy, but we do have research on how the generation differ on what and how much they share online. We also have research on their level of trust for online interactions.

Between now and September we may see research come up on how they differ on FB privacy from a research group like Pew or Nielson, or my team may conduct a small survey – it’s a great question to ask.

      Best, Jenny

  16. Jenny Schmitt was my Rosetta Stone for understanding Twitter. @cloudspark was a keynote presenter for the Society of American Travel Writers chapter meeting back in June. What a firecracker! I can say that following her instruction session I was able to revive a Twitter campaign that had plateaued long ago. A Facebook faithful, I didn’t put much stock in the whole “140 characters or less” thing. Now, using some of her tips and insight, I’ve been able to grow our Twitter family by 20 percent in the past couple weeks and provide followers with a more rewarding experience. Schmitt is sharp and witty, and gets your audience engaged. Whether you’re Marketing, Editor or Author, you’ll take something home from a CloudSpark presentation that you can’t wait to try.
